How to see a summary of an account?

Tap on the account name in the main page of the application (below the horizontal 3 buttons). It will flip the screen and show the account summary. if you touch anywhere in the flipped view you will get a window with additional information and 2 burrons: Change (change the viewed account - to see another account) and Edit (edit current account).
 

How to see a summary of all accounts?

Tap the top right button of the application's main page (user icon). A drawer menu will appear from right to left bringing the list of all accounts divided by currency. There are a summary for each account or for each currency. if you touch on an account you will get a window with additional information
 

How to see the expenses comparison?

Tap the top left button of the application's main page (My Expenses icon). Scroll down the view. Your expenses can be compared to last week or last month. The presented data is based on the currently displayed account. The comparsion is shown for each category which have expenses in the current and last period (month or week)
 

How to change the expenses comparison period?

You can choose to show expenses compared to last week or last month in the settings page under the section "Expenses compared ...".
 

How to search transactions?

Tap the magnifier icon In the "List operations" page (bottom on the screen). You will get a window which allows you to search transactions. Additional informations in the List operations (drawer menu from left to right) are based on the search you did. If there are active filters then the additional informations titles will be marked with a magnifier icon.
 

How to delete transactions?

In the page "List operations" you can delete a single transaction by touch on it and then pressing "Delete". If you want to delete multiple transactions just hold the first (a contextual menu will appear with a trash button on the bottom) and then touch any other record in order to select / deselect them.
 

How to add a new recurrent operation?

There are two ways to add a new recurrent operation. You can do it while you are adding a new operation by tapping the two rounded arrows next to the field "Amount" or doing it from the page "Recurrences" tapping the plus button. The difference is that with the first method you will insert the transaction immediately (at the date/time you entered) and the auto-insert will start from the next occurrence, with the second method you have to choose a date / time in order to specify when My Expenses has to auto-insert the first transaction.
 

How to edit categories or subcategories?

A list of parent categories are displayed In the "Categories" page. You can see subcategories by tapping on a single row. If you want to edit a subcategory just tap on it's name. If you want to edit parent category you have to tap on the 3 vertical dots positioned to the right of the category's row. Remember that "Parent category" is a "Category".
 

I can't choose "Dropbox" in the new backup window

In the new backup window you can choose "Dropbox" type only if you linked an acccount. Read the next question to see how to link a dropbox account
 

You can do it from the application using the "opened box" button on the bottom of "Backups" page.
 

How to transfer data from one device to another?

The easier way is to set up Dropbox account. It's free to set up a Dropbox account at http://www.dropbox.com. You have to create a backup on one device and restore it to another device.
 

I can't read chart's labels

In the page "Statistics" flip your phone in landscape. A list of additional informations will appear on the right.
 

How to set up an account threshold?

You can set up it in the "My Accounts" page editing an account. If you tap on an account you will get a window which will allow you to setup a threshold amount and period.
 

How is a threshold notified?

When your expenses exceed the set threshold an image with a yellow exclamation mark will appear on the "Account name" (main page), "Main page additional info" (drawer from left to right), "List operations additional info" (drawer menu from left to right)
 

Why i can't see the totals in excel exported file?

This happens when you open the xls exported file with a mobile app. This problem does not exists if you open the same file on a desktop PC.
